These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SafeCircle Shield mobile application, website, and related services ("Service," "Platform," "App," "we," "our," or "us"). By using SafeCircle Shield, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
SafeCircle Shield is a digital safety and scam detection platform designed to help users identify potentially fraudulent, suspicious, deceptive, or malicious communications.

After the free usage limit has been reached, certain features or continued access may require a paid subscription or premium plan.
Subscription availability, pricing, feature limits, and billing methods may vary depending on platform, device type, region, app store policies, and promotional offers.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, modify usage limits, introduce new subscription tiers, discontinue specific plans, or restrict abusive or excessive usage.
SafeCircle Shield is a safety assistance tool and not a law enforcement service, cybersecurity guarantee, financial institution, or legal advisor.

We believe users deserve clear and transparent explanations about how their information is handled. SafeCircle Shield only requests data that is reasonably necessary to provide safety, scam detection, fraud analysis, account functionality, support services, and platform security.

Important: Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information unless necessary. For your safety, we recommend removing or masking banking passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, social insurance numbers, account PINs, seed phrases, or crypto wallet recovery phrases.
May include: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, crash reports, performance metrics, security event logs

We use collected information to: provide scam detection services, analyze suspicious communications, improve detection accuracy, monitor platform abuse, detect malicious activity, secure user accounts, improve application performance, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, and investigate suspicious platform activity.
We do not sell personal user data to third-party advertisers.
SafeCircle Shield may use AI-assisted systems and automated analysis technologies to evaluate suspicious communications.
These systems may identify scam indicators, classify suspicious patterns, evaluate phishing risk, analyze message structures, detect impersonation attempts, and identify social engineering behaviors.
Note: Automated analysis may occasionally produce false positives, false negatives, or misclassify legitimate content. Users should not rely solely on automated results when making important decisions.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.
Security protections may include: encryption in transit, secure authentication systems, rate limiting, access controls, monitoring and alerting, audit logging, infrastructure security controls, secure cloud storage, vulnerability scanning, and abuse prevention systems.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve fraud detection, maintain security records, and enforce platform policies. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Payments and subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, approved payment processors, or secure billing providers. We do not store full payment card details directly on our systems unless explicitly stated. Subscription billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the applicable payment platform.
All platform content, branding, software, technology, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with SafeCircle Shield remain the property of SafeCircle Shield or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. The platform may experience maintenance interruptions, outages, security incidents, third-party failures, network disruptions, or feature changes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, restrict features, modify services, discontinue functionality, or remove abusive users where necessary to maintain platform integrity and security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeCircle Shield and its operators shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial losses, fraud losses, missed scam detections, inaccurate analysis, service interruptions, data loss, business interruption, emotional distress, or third-party actions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeCircle Shield, its affiliates, officers, operators, employees, and partners from claims arising from misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, uploaded content, or unauthorized account use.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where Terms are violated, abuse is detected, fraud is suspected, security risks are identified, or legal obligations require action. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions may be posted on our website, mobile application, or via user notifications. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
