Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your Protect Plan subscription at any time with no questions asked. Simply go to your device's App Store or Google Play settings and cancel the subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription if you're not satisfied.

The Family Seat option allows a senior and their caregiver (adult child, spouse, or family member) to share one Protect Plan subscription. Both users get full access to all features on their own devices. This makes it easy for family members to help their elderly parents or relatives check suspicious messages and calls. Yes! If you choose the annual billing option, you pay $99/year instead of $9.99/month. That's a savings of over $20 per year (approximately 17% discount). Annual subscribers get the same features as monthly subscribers, plus you don't have to worry about monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Yes! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account, which means you can use SafeCircle Shield on any device signed in with that account. For example, if you have an iPhone and an iPad, you can install the app on both devices and it will work seamlessly. The Family Seat option allows two separate accounts (two different people) to use the service under one subscription.
